Any piece of jewellery that has not be worn, scratched, damaged, made to order or altered in any way (including resize), and has made contact with us within 7 days after delivery, is entitled to a return or an exchange. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase, and a shipment confirmation within 60 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. According to the VIC Customer Affair, no refund is applicable upon change of mind. A refund is only available under circumstances such as manufacture fault.
