What is the process for creating a custom piece of jewellery?
Our process is simple and collaborative. It starts with a consultation where we discuss your ideas. If you have a picture or a saved post of what you like, that's a great starting point! From there, we create a 3D computer-aided design (CAD) rendering of your piece for your review. We offer unlimited revisions to the design until you are 100% happy. Once you approve the design, we move into production, which typically takes three to four weeks.
I have an idea for a ring, but I'm not sure how to describe it. Can you still help?
Absolutely! We love working with clients to bring their visions to life, even if the initial idea isn't fully formed. During our consultation, we can discuss styles, show you samples, and help you pinpoint the elements you love to create a truly unique design.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, we encourage you to book an appointment through our online system. This ensures we can dedicate our full attention to you and your design. While we do accept walk-ins, an appointment is the best way to guarantee a consultation.
Can my partner and I design the ring together?
Of course! We find that about half of our clients are couples who come in to design their engagement or wedding rings together. It's a wonderful way to ensure the final piece is something you both adore.
What if I want the proposal to be a surprise, but I'm unsure of my partner's ring size or style preference?
We have a fantastic solution for this! We can provide you with a beautiful 'dummy' or sample ring to propose with. After the proposal, you and your partner can come in together to design the final ring, ensuring it's the perfect style and fit.

We can source any type of stone you can imagine, including natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, and a wide variety of natural coloured gemstones.
Are your pieces made in Australia?
Yes, we are proud to be 100% Australian-made. We use 100% Australian gold, which we believe results in a superb quality finish and allows us to offer a lifetime warranty on the workmanship.
Pricing & Guarantees
What is the average price for a custom engagement ring?
Our sweet spot for custom engagement rings is typically between $5,000 and $7,000, and this often includes a beautiful lab-grown diamond. We are committed to working within your budget and can design the perfect ring to suit your price range by sourcing the best quality diamonds globally at competitive rates.
What kind of deposit is required?
We require a 20% deposit to lock in your design and begin production. The remaining balance is due upon pickup.
Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, the final piece is not exactly what you envisioned from the drawings, we will refund your deposit in full or start the design process over again, no questions asked.
Is ring resizing included?
Yes, we offer complimentary lifetime ring resizing for all of our custom rings.
