Exchanges & Returns

We want you to love your purchase! We are happy to offer exchange policies, or refund if your items are defective or damaged due to manufacture fault.

 

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY

-Has not be worn, scratched, or damaged (i.e. must be in the same condition it was received in)

-Not made to order or altered in any way (including resize)

-We must be contacted us within 7 days after delivery

-Must be returned in original packaging

-All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase, and a shipment confirmation within 60 days after delivery.

-To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ship items back within 60 days of delivery.

-Our team will contact you when your item has been received and provide an exchange voucher for you to use at your discretion

 

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

-According to the VIC Customer Affair, no refund is applicable upon change of mind. A refund is only available under circumstances such as manufacture fault.

-Refunds are offered for items with evident manufacture faults (broken or damaged)

  • Your order number if known (appears on the top of the confirmation email)
  • Your name and address
  • A description of the item you are returning

Whether you would like a refund or exchange, if you wish to exchange it for a different item, please contact our team to find out how.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
