All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase, and a shipment confirmation within 60 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. According to the VIC Customer Affair, no refund is applicable upon change of mind. A refund is only available under circumstances such as manufacture fault.
